Parking:  Hilton Valet Service is available at a special discounted group rate of $10 per day for event parking.  This rate does not include in/out privileges.  Overnight Valet Parking is also available at a special discounted group rate of $21 per overnight stay and does include in/out privileges.  The adjacent parking structure is open to the public.  Current pricing for day visitors is $9 and overnight parking is $15 per day.  These prices are subject to change and are not controlled by Hilton Hotel management.

Food and Beverage:  Continental breakfast will be served in the exhibit hall "California Ballroom" from 7:00am - 8:00am.  Coffee breaks will be served at 9:30am and 2:30pm.  The afternoon break will include snacks and cold drinks.  A hosted luncheon with a Question and Answer Panel Discussion will be served in the California Ballroom at 11:30am.

Attire:  Attire for the conference is business casual.  Please be aware that air conditioning may cause chilly spots in the lecture rooms.  For your comfort we suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket.

The Los Angeles Radiological Society (LARS) is accredited by the Institute for Medical Quality, California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.   LARS takes responsibility for the content, quality and scientific integrity of this CME Activity.

LARS designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  This credit may also be applied to the CMA Certification in Continuing Medical Education.

The 2009 Summer Seminar in Breast Imaging has been planned in accordance with the ACCME Essential Areas and elements and Accreditation Policies.  Further, this activity is in compliance with the California Legislature and ACCME definitions of CME Content, and California Assembly Bill 1195 which requires CME activities with patient care components to include curriculum in the subjects of cultural and linguistic competency.  LARS accepts responsibility for validating the clinical content of this CME activity.
