Audience

This course is designed primarily for radiology residents and fellows as an in-depth review of classic ("Aunt Minnie") imaging presentations.  Practicing radiologists who wish to refresh their familiarity with the spectrum of radiology specialties are also invited to participate.  All participants will enhance the knowledge and skills that are essential to radiologic practice.

 

Registration Information

Due to the popularity of this program and space limitations, advanced registration is strongly encouraged.  If you are unable to register in advance, contact the LARS office before noon on April 30  to check on space availability for on-site registration.

Advance registration is no longer available for this program.  Onsite registration begins at 7:30am, Saturday, May 1, 2010.  Add $10 for onsite registration tuition fees.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.  Cancellations postmarked or faxed on or before April 30, 2010 will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee.  Refunds will be issued after the meeting.  No cancellations will be accepted (or refunds granted) after April 30, 2010.

 

Membership in the Los Angeles Radiological Society

Junior Membership in the Los Angeles Radiology Society is free for Residents and Fellows for the entire period of the training program.  Non-members are invited to complete an application form and send it to LARS with their meeting application to receive reduced membership tuition.  Call LARS for an application or download one now

Dues for Physician Membership in LARS are $225.00 annually.  Download a membership application. Applications should be faxed or mailed to LARS with dues payment.  Current members with outstanding dues may pay dues securely on-line.

CME Information

The Los Angeles Radiological Society (LARS) is accredited by the Institute for Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.  LARS takes responsibility for the content, quality and scientific integrity of this CME Activity.

LARS designates the Radiology Conference for a maximum of 7.5 AMA PRA Category a CreditsTM,  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  This credit may also be applied to the CMA Certification in Continuing Medical Education.

Physician Category A Certificates of Credit will be available following the conference.
